Provides strategic direction and oversight.
The Board consists of professionals from diverse fields, including health, education, community development, and humanitarian aid. They provide policy guidance and ensure alignment with the organization's mission.
Led by the Executive Director, overseeing day-to-day operations and program implementation.
The Executive Management Team includes program managers, finance officers, and project coordinators, ensuring smooth implementation of initiatives.
Responsible for project execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Field teams carry programme delivery in the communities and generate the monitoring data that donor reporting depends on.
Assist in administrative, logistics, and field operations.
Volunteers drawn from the served communities participate directly in project execution, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.
