These terms govern your use of wecareforyouinternational.org. By reading the site or sending us anything through one of its forms, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site — nothing on it requires an account, so there is nothing to close.
Who we are
This website is published by WECARE FOR YOU INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION, an Incorporated Trustees body registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under CAC/IT/NO. 134032 and incorporated on 16 August 2019. Our registered office is Suite No 5, Seynu A Seyne Building, Opposite FCE Yola, along Yola Road, Jimeta, Yola North, Adamawa State, Nigeria.
“We”, “us”, and “the organization” in these terms mean that body. The full set of statutory registrations, with the certificates behind them, is on the registration and compliance page.
What this site is — and is not
This is an informational site about a humanitarian organization: who we are, where we work, what we have delivered, and how to reach us. That is its whole purpose.
Nothing on this site is:
- A contract or a binding offer. Describing a programme is not a promise to deliver it to any particular person or community.
- Professional advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, or safety advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified practitioner.
- An offer of employment or a volunteering placement. Applying through the volunteer form or a listing on the careers page starts a process; it does not create a role.
- A payment channel. No transaction is processed on this site, and no payment details are collected on it. See the warning below.
Accuracy of what you read here
The organizational content on this site is drawn from our 2025 organizational profile and the certificates annexed to it. We publish it carefully, and we mark it so you can tell the difference between kinds of claim:
- Documented records are recorded in the profile with a named donor, location, and result.
- Strategic priority records are forward commitments. They describe work the organization intends to do, with no delivery, beneficiary figures, or funding claimed behind them. Read them as intent, never as achievement.
- Reference records are public reference data reproduced so that our work can be mapped against it.
Where the profile narrative and an annexed certificate disagree, we publish both readings rather than quietly reconciling them; those discrepancies are listed openly on the registration page. Figures and programme information can go out of date between profile revisions. If you are relying on a specific figure for a funding decision or a due-diligence file, confirm it with us in writing first.
Donation fraud — please read this before you give
We never solicit transfers through unofficial channels
This website publishes no bank account number, no mobile-money number, no cryptocurrency address, and no payment link. Anywhere that claims to be one of ours, is not.
Humanitarian organizations are impersonated constantly, and a plausible-looking account number attached to a real organization's name diverts real money away from real communities. So we would rather be blunt:
- We do not ask for donations through WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages on social media, or unsolicited phone calls.
- We do not ask you to send money to a personal account, to buy gift cards or airtime, or to pay a “processing fee”, a “clearance fee”, or a “registration fee” of any kind.
- We never ask an applicant, a volunteer, a supplier, or a community member for a payment in exchange for support, for selection, or for a job. Nobody representing this organization is authorised to.
- Account details are only ever confirmed to you directly by the organization, after you have contacted us on the email address or phone numbers published on this site.
If someone has asked you to transfer funds in our name, stop and check with us first. Email contact@wecareforyouinternational.org or call +2348036492425 or +2347033502310. Verifying costs you a phone call. Not verifying can cost you everything you were about to send. If you have already sent money, report it to your bank and to the Nigeria Police Force or the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, and tell us so we can warn others.
The giving page explains how support actually reaches a programme.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its forms to send unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or deliberately false content.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its administrative area, or its database that is not open to the public.
- Interfere with the site's operation — including automated submissions, attempts to defeat the rate limits on our forms, or anything intended to degrade availability for others.
- Copy the site's content in order to present the organization's work as your own, or to impersonate the organization or anyone connected with it.
- Harvest personal information from the site, or use anything on it to contact people for marketing.
What you send us
When you use a form on this site, please give information that is accurate and that is yours to give. Do not submit another person's personal details unless you have a proper basis for doing so, and do not send us payment details, passwords, or identity documents — we never ask for them through a web form.
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to respond to you and to run our programmes. How it is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
If your message concerns the conduct of anyone representing this organization, please read the safeguarding page first — it gives you a more direct route than a general enquiry form.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and photographs on this site belong to the organization unless stated otherwise. You may read, print, and share pages for personal, educational, or research purposes, and you may quote from them with attribution to WeCare For You International Organization. You may not republish substantial parts of the site commercially, or present its content as the work of another organization.
Photographs of people deserve a specific rule. The field photographs on this site show real people in communities we work with. They are published here in a particular context and must not be extracted for use in another campaign, dataset, or fundraising appeal, ours or anyone else's. If you need an image for legitimate reporting, ask us.
Donor, partner, and government names and marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe our work with them, not to imply their endorsement of this site. Map tiles are supplied by CARTO using OpenStreetMap data, under those projects' own licences and attribution requirements.
External links
Some pages link to other organizations' websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.
Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will be available without interruption or free of errors. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a network or hosting failure outside our control. If something on the site is broken, telling us at contact@wecareforyouinternational.org is genuinely useful — the same address takes accessibility barriers, covered on the accessibility page.
Liability
We take reasonable care over what we publish, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content, from its unavailability, or from any third-party site reached through a link here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The review date below tells you when this version was last checked; using the site after a change means accepting the current version.
Questions about these terms go to contact@wecareforyouinternational.org or +2348036492425 or +2347033502310, or use the contact form.
